Nowadays, one of the biggest challenges of cities is the generation of alternatives that improve mobility.

Most of the urban environments collapse due to excessive use of the car, which, for over 60 years, has been imposed on other means of transport.

Although the analysis is clear and conclusive on the problem of mobility at the global level, the truth is that the solutions implemented in different cities of the world have had successful effects, mixed results and failures.

The authors propose the so - called Public Policy Mobility 3.0 , which integrates technology and a new system of governance in smart mobility (Smart Mobility), based on three axes: 1) road safety , 2) traffic management and 3) environmental protection.
